A time lapse of the terminator of the moon, look at those shadows shrink and mountain peaks illuminate!

I gave my telescope mirrors a much needed cleaning and then tried it out on Jupiter.

I finally take the telescope out for the first time in a long time, though sadly it was only 16 degrees F outside so it wasn’t a very long session!

Tonight Saturn’s rings were almost invisible because they are almost exactly edge-on to the Earth. 

Tonight was an 85 degree pass of the Tiangong space station, it’s a beautiful thing to watch humans fly overhead!

At the bus stop my son and I noticed the moon looked very pretty, so I decided to take a quick photo of the daytime moon!
